He continued his passion for painting from an early age. His drawings have been published in various fanzines and magazines since high school. He evaluated art education as a process of accumulation by finding students in art faculties of 4 different universities in Turkey.

The artist makes interdisciplinary productions. His works, which received national and international awards, are exhibited in many places in the country and abroad. He took part in international art festivals as a practitioner artist. The works of the artist, who has 3 personal exhibitions, are in various private collections. Bakır, who has a master's thesis published on the relationship between creativity and caricature in art, has been a jury member in national and international competitions.

In his recent works, he mainly deals with the relationship between space and figure. Spaces reduced to geometric forms as sheltered structures where people's inner world is shaped and they feel good; It refers to homes, businesses, schools and places of worship. It carries the claim that the transcendent attraction of the outer world surrounding the spaces cannot be understood without looking at the spiritual void that these spaces contain. These works create memory through metaphors embellished with colour, stain and texture.

Bakır's artistic productions can be defined as visual philosophy and visual literature. These productions can be called visual poems in the literature.
